About Us

TCB Cameron Consulting is an independent team of consultants, each brought into the fold when needed for their expertise and abilities.  Tracy Baker is the leader of this team.

In any business,, communication or the lack thereof can make or break  teamwork, a project, a customer relation; practically anything the business is trying to accomplish. I’ve seen and been part of great business plans that go right down the tubes because of lack of true communication.  We think we do ...it seems so basic...but in reality, we rarely make it work.  So, let me try to communicate to you who I am and what we do.

I started out in Training & Development  some 25+ years ago, teaching tellers how to be tellers.  After years of floating around in various positions, I had finally found something I truly love to do, help people do what they do, only better.  Along the way I was a VP and Regional Manager, Director of Product Development, and Director of  Corporate Training.

Since 1994, I have been helping financial institutions, high tech, biotech, medical, software, and telecom companies in both massive company-wide change projects and targeted skill and process projects.

Some of these companies include Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Key Bank, Adobe Software, Baxter Biotech, ATT Wireless, Lawrence Berkeley National Lab,, Regency Hills Residency Care and a whole bunch more that would just take up bandwidth here.

I really do love what I do and that shows in the commitment I bring to the projects, companies, and colleagues I partner with. Project and process (pre and post) analysis, course development and/or presentation; all are important to the success of an investment in Human Capital.

Wife Winnie and I live in San Leandro, California. Outside of work, I enjoy acting in plays and media productions throughout the Bay Area.  If you are a cable TV junkie, you might have seen me in episodes of the History Channel series Man, Moment, Machine; on the National Geographic Channel, Court TV, and various commercials.  I also pour in the tasting room at White Crane Winery in Livermore, California once a month, and we also enjoy “Road Trips” to wherever said road shall take us.   Our world map on the den wall is slowly filling with push pins.
